By appointing Armstrong and Fraser Funeral Directors Limited as your funeral director, you
agree to our Terms of Business which include the following:
Payment of a deposit which is not less than 50% of the total invoice.
Payment of the deposit as referred to above, must be made within 24 hours of agreement of
the proforma invoice/estimate of costs. If the deposit payment is not made within the time
stated, the funeral may be postponed and not rearranged until such payment has been
made.
The balance is payable 48 hours prior to the funeral taking place.
We do not offer payment terms for balance payments.
In the event of a late payment of our invoice, we reserve the right to apply interest at 2%
above the bank base rate per annum from the date of the invoice until payment is received.
If the invoice remains unpaid, we may transfer your debt to another company for collection.
